For YoPay help, email support@almabar.ly with your order reference, if available, and a description of the issue. Never send an OTP, password or full voucher code.

If you were charged but the order is missing, avoid paying again and contact us to check payment and delivery. To request deletion without the app, use the Delete Account page.
